Brian Doughty focuses on litigation in the areas of patent, trademark, and trade secret law. Brian has also been involved in patent prosecution and opinion work, especially where his expertise with chemical technology is needed.

Brian graduated from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Brian served as an Associate Editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. Brian did his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering.
