Bob. Brandenburg represents his clients with an eye toward their business interests.  A member of Brooks Kushman's litigation department, Bob understands that clients are interested in exploiting their intellectual property, not tying it up in litigation. If appropriate, he seeks a business solution first in the form of licensing agreements, supply contracts, or other negotiated settlements before taking the a dispute to court.

Bob maintains an active nationwide practice, with recent cases in California, Texas, Florida and Michigan.   While able to take cases to trial and appeal, if necessary, Bob has obtained success in recent cases by an aggressive summary disposition practice and use of settlement.  His cases run the gambit of intellectual property disputes.  He has recently been involved in patent, trademark, unfair completion, trade secret, copyright and business contract suits.
