The State Bar of Michigan (SBM) Intellectual Property Section, in partnership with the Institute of Continued Legal Education, is hosting a seminar for IP attorneys and paralegals to teach the core basics of IP law practice. The panels, presented by Michigan's top patent and trademark attorneys, will offer opportunities to network, as well as practical advice and winning strategies from colleagues.
Brooks Kushman attorneys Hope Shovein and Robyn Lederman will be speaking at the event on trademark prosecution, and will discuss analyzing, registering and maintaining trademarks. As Chair-Elect of the SBM IP Law Section, Shovein will also moderate a panel and present the opening remarks.
