The George Washington Law School Post-Grant Practice Roundtable Discussion
The George Washington Law School Intellectual Property Law Program is hosting the third annual Post-Grant Practice Roundtable Discussion. At the roundtable, patent leaders from a variety of industries will discuss the post-grant practice at the PTAB, and how the post-grant proceedings continue to influence the practice of patent law today.
Brooks Kushman principal Lissi Mojica will be speaking on a panel at the event. She will examine current issues with post-grant proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), district courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC), and the U.S. Supreme Court.
