Ben Harel has worked with Brooks Kushman for nearly a decade, supporting the growth of the firm through technology solutions. His primary responsibilities include implementing, developing and managing technology to support the firm's practices. Ben embraces new technology and how it can facilitate the client relationship by improving opportunities for collaboration.
Ben is the chief technology liaison for the firm’s cybersecurity practice. He brings technical expertise to legal cybersecurity challenges, and acts as a technical bridge between clients and our attorneys who are handling the legal implications of cybersecurity. Ben’s technical expertise in cybersecurity includes advance threat hunting, malware analysis, and experience with complex network visibility for cyber monitoring purposes. He is responsible for the continued development of the firm’s information security and technology compliance policy.
Ben’s past experience includes IT and telecom consulting services for financial institutions. While with Brooks Kushman, he has brought technological improvements to the firms many practices, including efficiency improvements in automation, e-discovery, document review, document management, and workflow.
Ben’s commitment to learning and the exploration of emerging technologies, including machine learning, AI, cloud e-discovery, and big data analytics, continues to solidify the firm on the cutting edge of technology.
