Lena is a registered patent attorney who focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and enforcement, though Lena has counseled clients on all aspects of their intellectual property management. Lena has extensive experience drafting patent applications and counseling clients on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement to help them develop and protect their brands.

Lena has extensive experience working in intellectual property counseling in both patents and trademarks. Much of her work centered around intellectual property in the automotive industry, but she has experience with trademark protection in various fields.
Lena received her law degree from Wayne State University. During her time there, Lena participated in the Wayne Intellectual Property Student Association. Lena also attended Wayne State University to earn her Bachelor of Science in Biology, continuing her studies there as a graduate student focusing on genetic research, earning her Master of Arts in Biology. Lena’s technical expertise lies in the areas of microbiology, genetics, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and mechanical physics. Lena also received her Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Michigan.
Outside of the office, Lena is an avid book worm and loves spending time with her four boys.
