SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Brooks Kushman Associate Marco Gatti will present during the Sensors Expo and Conference on June 9, 2015 in Long Beach, California.
Gatti and Dave McLoughlin, director of open source software (OSS) auditing for Rogue Wave Software will discuss trends in OSS, developing an OSS policy and legal implications of executing an OSS strategy.
Gatti’s practice focuses on domestic and foreign patent prosecution and litigation support in electrical, mechanical and software matters. He also counsels clients on the management and compliance of open source software.
He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master of Science in Engineering Management and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Dearborn.
McLoughlin has more than 25 years of experience in the microcomputer software industry. He has been instrumental in developing Rogue Wave’s OSS content strategy and technical support department.
