Brooks Kushman Senior Attorney to Discuss Claim Drafting in Presentation to Japanese Intellectual Property

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., – Brooks Kushman Senior Attorney Timothy Clise will share his insights on best practices for claim drafting in the United States during a presentation for the Japanese Intellectual Property Association (JIPA) on August 27, 2014.

In his presentation, Clise will discuss trends and best practices for Japanese companies to draft and file patent applications in the U.S. Clise has traveled to Japan to discuss U.S. patent law with JIPA each year since 2007.
