Brooks Kushman Shareholder to Discuss Navigation of the Patent System at the

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., – Brooks Kushman Shareholder Kristin Murphy will serve on a panel discussing how to navigate the patent system during Medical Main Street`s 2014 Inno-Vention Conference on October 22, 2014.

Murphy will join other panelists to share resources that help companies in the life science and health care industries build strong patent portfolios. With a better understanding of the patent system, companies can leverage their budget to protect their innovations without sacrificing investment in product development.

Murphy`s experience spans across all aspects of intellectual property, focusing primarily on domestic and foreign patent prosecution.
