Brooks Kushman Web Site Recognized In Annual Internet Marketing Attorney Ranking


Site Receives Both “Top 25” and “Nifty 50” Nods

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Brooks Kushman, PC is pleased to announce that its Web site,, has been recognized as one of the best amongst small/mid-sized U.S. firms in the annual Internet Marketing Attorney (IMA) ranking.

In addition to placing among the top 25 small/mid-sized law firm Web sites in the U.S., Brooks Kushman was also on the IMA “Nifty 50” list for 2004.

The IMA received hundreds of nominations in the small/mid-sized firm category for this year`s awards, and narrowed the field down to a top 25. Each site was assessed via a point system that looks at design, content, usability, interactivity, and “intangibles”.

In its review of, the IMA highlighted the site`s “adjust font size” feature. “Three simple words can mean so much,” the review said. “You do not see that option too often, but depending on your eyesight, it can be quite helpful.”

The review also noted: “In the IMAs, there are so many great IP law firm Web sites. This is one of them, with lots of ‘usability` strewn about.”

In addition to making the Top 25 list, Brooks Kushman`s Web site was also listed amongst the “Nifty 50” for 2004. Hundreds of law firm Web sites were considered for this year`s Nifty 50, with recognition going only to those sites that raised the bar in online business development. Nifty 50 sites are chosen because they go beyond the basics of biographies, practices, offices and news, and instead use “nifty” components to communicate their firm`s identity and capabilities.
