Brooks Kushman Win Makes LexisNexis’ Top 10 Trademark Victories

The Copyright & Trademark Law Community Staff at LexisNexis, have ranked Brooks Kushman’s win on behalf of client, Double L, Inc., number two on the “Top 10 Trademark Cases for the Month of January 2012.”  The lawsuit was Lucky’s Detroit, LLC v. Double L, Inc., Case No. 09-14622, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Brooks Kushman attorneys Mark A. Cantor, Robert C. J. Tuttle, Chanille Carswell, and Hope V. Shovein represented Double L.
