SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Thomas Lewry, shareholder at Brooks Kushman`s Detroit office, will present an “Introduction of Problem and Use of Exhibits Beyond Paper Exhibits” at DRI`s Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Seminar held at the InterContinental Chicago May 8 to 10. Lewry will be part of a panel with David Kelley, Ford Global Technologies LLC, and Morris O`Shaughnessy, Orange Dragin Group LLC.
During the presentation on Thursday, May 9, the panel will discuss the successful defense of patent infringement claims involving Ford Motor Co.`s sideview mirrors.
