SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Brooks Kushman shareholder and trademark practice leader, Mark Sparschu, will discuss “Trademark Enforcement Strategies to Protect Brands in an Ever-Challenging Environment” at the State Bar of Michigan`s 2013 Intellectual Property Law Spring Seminar. Sparschu will present on March 25 from 11:20 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center in East Lansing, Mich.
During his presentation, Sparschu will provide the in-house and outside counsel perspective for combating trademark misappropriation. According to Sparschu, the threats to clients` valuable goodwill are increasing, from counterfeiting to internet infringement, including infringements in Web 2.0 and online marketplaces.
