SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Brooks Kushman is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized by BTI Consulting as a Client Service A-Team 2022 Honoree. Of 650 law firms that serve Fortune 1000 clients, only 281 law firms are singled out on this recognition by legal decision-makers for their prowess in at least 1 of 17 activities driving superior client relationships.

BTI research shows that clients are facing peak workloads and their expectations are shifting. There are new views on managing legal departments, and many law firms don’t meet these new expectations. High turnover in law firms leaves clients feeling abandoned, while turnover of corporate counsel means ever-changing client service expectations for law firms. Many law firms are overloaded, leaving some clients wanting for client service. Those like Brooks who were named on this list have risen above these challenges to provide exceptional client service for clients.

The BTI Client Service A-Team 2022 draws on data collected from BTI’s ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel. Top legal decision-makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue are interviewed for this. This study includes between 50% and 55% participating in prior years which allows for accurate analysis of longitudinal trends while simultaneously allowing for insights into new, changing, and coming shifts in the legal market. The research is independent and unbiased – no law firm or organization sponsors this study.
