2024 ICLE Intellectual Property Law Spring Seminar

Overview

Brooks Kushman is excited to be attending the ICLE Intellectual Property Law Spring Seminar this year. This seminar centers around tackling hot topics in IP practice and provides the opportunity to hear from local and international IP lawyers. Attendees will explore and learn more about how to implement best practices for working with damages experts throughout the litigation process, strategies to leverage AI tools in your IP practice, and how to differentiate between seeking redress in U.S. International Trade Commission proceedings and district court litigation.
