48th Annual IP Law Institute

Overview

The 48th Annual Intellectual Property Law Institute hosted by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and the IP Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will be held on July 20 - 22 on Mackinac Island. During this event, attendees will be able to get up to speed on the rising interest in cultural IP rights and the oft-misunderstood Section 230, while also networking with other leaders in IP law. Brooks Kushman Attorneys Hope Shovein, James Kallis, Isaac Slutsky, Rachel Smith, Reid Baldwin, Ph.D., Reza Esfahani, and Bryce Whitworth will all be in attendance.
