PTAB Bar Association Thought Leader Summit

Overview

Brooks Kushman shareholder Andrew Turner is excited to attend the 2024 PTAB Bar Association Thought Leadership Summit on October 10 at the USPTO in Alexandria, VA. The Thought Leader Summit promises a rich lineup of educational programming at both venues - including two CLE sessions - with fellow practitioners, in-house counsel, industry experts, and judges from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). This will include a panel discussion in Virginia that will be livestreamed to California, followed by in-person keynote addresses and engaging round table discussions at both locations. New this year, the Thought Leader Summit will add an Expertise Expo, offering participants an in-person opportunity to engage in Q&A with APJs and fellow practitioners to address practical and procedural issues that arise in practice before the PTAB.
