Brooks Kushman Shareholder to Discuss Overseas IP Protection

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Brooks Kushman Shareholder Robyn S. Lederman will serve on a panel discussing ‘Protecting Your Intellectual Property Rights as You Expand Into Global Markets` during the International Trade Administration`s Discover Global Markets Forum in Detroit on Sept. 9.

Lederman`s presentation will cover risks and precautions in name selection and protection of brands for doing business overseas. The focus will be on practical considerations related to trademark use and registration in free trade countries and other key markets.
