Erica Klein has more than 20 years of experience, focusing on the strategic development, management, and protection of intellectual property assets. Klein’s practice covers a broad range of legal issues including trademark, copyright, social media, rights of publicity, and data privacy and protection. Klein has extensive experience structuring IP transactions, and regularly negotiates IP acquisition agreements, licenses, and other commercial arrangement implicating intellectual property rights. Klein’s practice also includes managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, representing clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and general counseling. Anna Robinson’s practice focuses on trademark and copyright protection and enforcement, as well as entertainment law.
