ROYAL OAK, Michigan – Chloe Conway, an associate at Brooks Kushman, has been named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder for 2025.
LCLD Pathfinders are selected through an internal nomination process at each member organization. Law firms and corporate legal departments identify early-career attorneys who demonstrate strong leadership potential, a commitment to professional growth, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the legal profession. Nominations are endorsed by senior leadership, typically a Managing Partner or General Counsel, and submitted to LCLD during the annual nomination period.
The program generally targets attorneys in the early stages of their careers, typically those with approximately three to seven years of legal experience at law firms or under eight years of total professional legal experience in-house. Once nominations are confirmed, selected candidates participate in the year-long Pathfinder Program focused on leadership development, networking, and relationship building within the legal community.
Chloe’s practice focuses on trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. She works with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, entertainment, consumer products, sports, and hospitality. She regularly performs trademark clearance searches and prepares trademark applications, drafting identifications of goods and services and responding to office actions. She also prepares cease and desist letters and files opposition proceedings for enforcement of existing trademark rights. Chloe is also a team member of the firm’s due diligence practice and focuses on preparing trademark-related agreements, such as licensing agreements, confidentiality, non-disclosure, and settlement agreements.
