- Controls or processes the personal data of at least 35,000
- Controls or processes the personal data of at least 10,000 customers and derives more than twenty percent (20%) of gross revenue from the sale of personal data.
Consumer Rights
Consumer has the right to access, correct, and delete personal data
Opt-out:
- Targeted advertising/cross-contextual behavioral advertising
- Sale of personal data
- Profiling in furtherance of solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the customer.
