Bowles will cover practical tips in US patent prosecution for seasoned IP professionals navigating a landscape of uncertainty. Bowles focuses her practice on domestic and foreign patent prosecution including patentability investigations, infringement and right-to-use analysis and IP transactions and licensing agreements, trademark, trade dress, and copyright issues. She has expansive understanding of various mechanical and electomechanical technologies with experience representing clients’ intellectual property rights in the alternative energy, medical device, automotive technology, optics and lighting, aviation technology, and personal care product industries.

IPR’s Best Practices in Intellectual Property Conference is a two-day seminar featuring panels that provide key tools and expertise in the rapidly changing and evolving world of corporate intellectual property practices. The event will take place on May 30th – 31st at the Sheraton in Tel Aviv – Yafo, Israel.
